In his prior roles, he managed strategic partnerships; established a vast distribution network; led and managed large teams; achieved efficiencies through process orientation & analytics; head sales, marketing, product/ network development etc. He has set up retail assets business across organisations and played pivotal role in quality growth of businesses.
Set up BharatBenz Financial for Daimler Financial Services and retail asset business for Suryoday Small Finance Bank. He headed Sales, Marketing and Product / Network development and was responsible for wholesale and retail finance for BharatBenz/Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses.
Apart from Daimler Financial Services and Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd, he was earlier associated with Citi Bank, Citicorp Finance India Ltd., GE Capital, SBI Cards, ICICI Bank, Consortium Finance & Leasing Ltd.

Bhavin holds 16+ years of experience across Indian and multinational banking and financial institutions and Big4 consultancy firm.
Bhavin played pivotal role in conversion of Suryoday NBFC-MFI to small finance bank as CFO and successfully handled various roles. As CFO, he managed business modelling, Business Finance, investor relations, banking technology (core banking system) implementation, treasury set up, risk management, regulatory reporting, budgeting and board management. Bhavin played key role in listing of Suryoday Bank in March 2021. Bhavin was also treasurer of the Bank and played pivotal role in banking treasury throughout his tenure in Suryoday.
Prior to Suryoday Bank, Bhavin was associated with KPMG wherein he handled statutory audits of large and mid-size, Indian and foreign banks, NBFCs, private equities, hedge funds; handled advisory and due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
Bhavin has worked in ICICI bank, India’s largest private sector bank then and have managed financial closure and reporting under India GAAP and US GAAP; structuring, valuation and accounting of certain treasury products along with treasury team of the Bank. Bhavin had a short stint with Credit Suisse managing valuation, accounting and reporting of treasury products for Swiss entity.

Sarabjit has over 26 years of experience in Banking and Financial services sector, with over 16 years of experience in setting up Lending businesses, credit & collections across various products ranging from Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipments, Affordable Housing, Mortgage, SME, Personal Loans and Auto Loans in Banks and NBFC’s.
Sarabjit has lead business and sales team for setting up and quality growth of affordable housing and mortgage business in Suryoday Small Finance Bank, Religare, Fullertorn.
Sarabjit holds experience in setting up and reviving businesses across organisations, lead large sales, marketing and credit teams.
In his prior roles, he has been associate with Suryoday Small Finace Bank, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Fullerton India Credit Company, Religare Finvest, GE Capital, HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank

His expertise spans defining digital roadmaps, consolidating data centres, and standardizing business intelligence solutions to enhance decision-making. As a CISA and BS7799 Lead Auditor, he ensures robust cybersecurity, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices. With a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies, he continues to lead organizations toward digital excellence and operational efficiency.

Mr. Deepak Kumar, former Executive Director at LIC, brings 34+ years of expertise in insurance marketing, financial portfolio management, and international operations.
He has led key initiatives at LIC International, Bahrain, and conducted training on digital marketing and wealth management.He has attended executive programs at ISB Hyderabad, MDI Gurgaon, and global insurance training in Hong Kong.
Mr. Deepak’s expertise is in housing finance, life insurance, marketing, operations, business processes, finance, and corporate governance.

He has played a pivotal role in managing complex migration processes resulting from mergers and acquisitions, particularly within NBFCs and banks, ensuring seamless system integrations and operational continuity.
Currently, Mr. Bhagavautla serves as an Independent Director, while also operating as a trusted Financial Consultant and Strategic Advisor. He specializes in fundraising and financial structuring for niche clients, with a deep commitment to mentoring startups and fostering sustainable financial growth.
