Micro Green Housing Finance Private Limited (‘MGHF’) was incorporated in March 2022 and received certificate of registration (COR) from Reserve Bank of India in March 2023 to operate as housing finance NBFC (NBFC-HFC). Objective of MGHF is to provide housing finance and mortgage loans to underserved section of the society and to tap unreached markets.

Backed by experienced founders, MGHF is a mission to democratize and digitise financing for home purchase/ construction, mortgage financing for small scale businesses and for personal needs as well as providing one stop solution for eco-friendly and sustainable homes. In addition to driving financial inclusion, our mission is to facilitate the under-served with an access to design, technology and eco-friendly building materials which can help customers in constructing sustainable and climate friendly homes, i.e. green housing, thus reducing carbon footprint, provide healthy and enduring homes. MGHF has on-going green Housing pilot projects in Maharashtra. Digitisation of process for efficient and effective customer servicing, prudent growth and risk management is one of the key ingredient of our philosophy. We are building in-house tech with various alternate integrity and credit/ risk checks to ensure 360 degree view before we on-board customer.

Role & Responsibility:
∙ Oversee and manage sales operations for individual branches, focusing on home loans for rural housing. ∙ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize market penetration in rural areas.
∙ Mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
∙ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
∙ Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
∙ Prepare regular reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
∙ Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or mortgage related roles.
∙ Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. ∙ In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
∙ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∙ Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.
