eNACH / NACH Mandate Cancellation
Dear Customers,
Pursuant to the applicable guidelines, we have provided the eNACH/NACH Mandate Cancellation facility to you.
You can either visit their nearest branch or send a detailed request via email to customercare@microgreenhf.com
You are requested to kindly ensure to provide the following details in your request email:
1. Loan Account Number
2. Full Name
3. Registered Mobile Number
4. Registered Email ID
5. Description (Reason for Cancellation ofMandate)
Customers are informed that, Cancellation requests will be reviewed by MGHF as per the terms and conditions of your loan agreement.
Approval of the request depends on your loan repayment status and overall compliance with repayment obligations. Upon approval of the cancellation request, the destination bank will notify the customer of the updated mandate status through SMS or email confirmation.
For any query on Mandate Registration/Modification/ Cancellation, please write to customercare@microgreenhf.com / grievance@microgreenhf.com or Please visit the nearest Micro Green Housing Finance Private Limited Branch and submit your complaints/grievance get your complaint logged in the “Complaint & Grievance Register” maintained at the branches (During the working hours from 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M).
We will respond to your complaint within 15 working days.
