eNACH/NACH Mandate Registration

Dear Customers,
Pursuant to the applicable guidelines, Registration of NACH is mandatory for all the Customers.
Below mentioned is the guide to register your NACH successfully with MGHF in relation to your loan account with us.
You can either connect with your concerned Branch Manager or send us an email request at customercare@microgreenhf.com
You are requested to kindly ensure to provide the following details in your request email:
- Loan Account Number/Application Number
- Your Registered Mobile Number
- Bank Account Number and IFSC
- Code for the mandate
Approval Method of Mandate: Choose from Debit, Net Banking, or Aadhaar-based options.
On receipt of request, our team will contact you on your registered mobile number and assist you in registering NACH.
For any query on Mandate Registration / Modification / Cancellation, please write to customercare@microgreenhf.com / grievance@microgreenhf.com or Please visit the nearest Micro Green Housing Finance Private Limited Branch and submit your complaints/grievance get your complaint logged in the “Complaint & Grievance Register” maintained at the branches (During the working hours from 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M).
We will respond to your complaint within 15 working days.
